We both have worked in the catering trade most of our working life,Before starting this business I was the food and beverage manager at the Four star Atholl Palace Hotel in Pitlochry for 15 years to which I enjoyed very much ,Heather also worked Locally in the Green park Hotel ( Voted the best hotel in Scotland)  and she also worked at The Auld Smiddy Restaurant in Pitlochry , whilst we enjoyed our various endeavours .

we decided it was time to work for ourselves and spend more family time together, so for just over a year now things have been great  .

We  purchased our mobile fish and chip van , ( Food Truck ) and have been covering local areas,caravan sites and holiday villages also galas and aberfeldy hogmany street party,  not forgetting the highland night in Pitlochry .

We are always looking for new business, so if you are looking for something different for a birthday party, wedding or other event, contact us and we will see what we can do or come and get the craic at the truck.
